Market America's MPCP (Management Performance Compensation Plan) – the most lucrative and realistic compensation plan ever created – just got even better with the Advertising Bonus Pool, which has created an IBV economic stimulus.
We recently completed the second quarter (Jan. 8 – April 8) of the Advertising Bonus Pool program. Consistent with the stimulus from the IBV injection into the economy of this business for the first quarter, we are expecting the same impact when the Bonus IBV is assigned for the second quarter.

Starting the week of June 6, those individuals who qualified for the Advertising Bonus Pool will be assigned a total of 434 IBV over a four week period. A weekly e-mail will be sent to each of the qualifiers for four consecutive weeks starting the week of June 6 enabling each qualifier to place 108.5 IBV within their organization.

Due to the fact that volume accumulates up the line of sponsorship for everyone, the Bonus IBV that was assigned has positively affected thousands of Independent Distributors. In addition to earning Bonus IBV, those Shop Consultants who satisfied the criteria are now eligible to participate in the lead generation program. Now that Market America products are being featured on SHOP.COM, Sears.com, Bing and other sites, we are gaining more exposure, creating more customers and assigning these new customers to those UnFranchise® Owners who meet the qualifying criteria.
The activities to qualify for bonus IBV from the Advertising Bonus Pool stimulate more advertising revenue and will enable us to increase IBV values. Imagine for a moment, as the program grows with more Shop Consultants qualifying and more advertising revenue being generated, having $2,000,000 (3,080,000 IBV) to assign. This would result in 3080 Bonus IBV assigned if 1000 Shop Consultants qualified or 616 Bonus IBV assigned if 5000 qualified. Remember, the more that qualify, the more IBV that accumulates in your left and right banks!
Let's look even further into the future…
As the program grows with more Shop Consultants qualifying and more advertising revenue being generated, we could potentially have $10,000,000 (15,400,000 IBV) to assign. This would result in 1540 bonus IBV assigned if 10,000 Independent Distributors qualified. Once again, the more that qualify, the more IBV is accumulating in your left and right banks!
More accumulation = more IBV commissions earned = more Shop Consultants closer to earning. Market America anticipates at least one million dollars (1,540,000 IBV) for the first year of the Advertising Bonus Pool program, and we will match anything over one million dollars earned up to $2 million (3.2 million IBV).

Here is how it works…
For the three Q-date periods starting April 9 and ending July 8, by simply satisfying the IBV month-to-month accrual requirements for three consecutive months, as well as having at least one new customer (the new customer cannot be an existing PC) order a Market America branded product from your Web Portal, you will qualify to be a part of the Advertising Bonus Pool.
The month-to-month IBV requirements are as follows:
· Complete the Getting Starting Wizard
· Order 10, 20 or 30 IBV each month by your Q-date (Based on your IBV commission earnings)
· Make $50 in personal purchases from Partner Stores by your monthly Q-date
· Generate 50 BV in sales from your Web Portal, Mini-Website(s) and/or PC Autoship by your monthly Q-date from Preferred Customers
Note: In order to verify that you have satisfied the IBV requirements, simply refer to the "IBV Qualification Report" on your UnFranchise® Business Account.
We will be tracking those who qualify for the Advertising Bonus Pool from April 9 to July 8, 2011. Consider this…
If twice as many people qualify for the Bonus Pool, the individual amount would be half. But, this doesn't mean that the payout will be less in the MPCP, because everyone gets credit for the IBV vertically in the lines of sponsorship. However, the more people who qualify, the more the advertising revenue will grow in the future — it has to go up.The amount that one benefits is dependent on the total IBV Adverting Bonus accumulating up the lines. So it begins with you. You simply need to lead by example and qualify. The key to benefiting is the number of people in your organization you have satisfying the criteria. Not only does it produce more IBV and BV by satisfying the criteria in the MPCP, but you also have more people receiving the bonus IBV and therefore, more accumulation towards earning checks.
Think about it… it makes sense to get everyone in your organization to satisfy the criteria to earn bonus IBV. The more in your organization who qualify, the more Bonus IBV will flow up the lines of sponsorship of the MPCP, resulting in more IBV commissions!
Furthermore, the Bonus IBV that was assigned has a long-term effect on commissions because IBV has a lifespan of two years! The bonus IBV that was assigned to those who qualified caused hundreds of additional checks to be earned. As more UnFranchise® Owners satisfy the Advertising Bonus Criteria, the more customers who will shop on the Portal. Furthermore, because of the increased traffic and conversions, the more advertising revenue that will be generated. More importantly, it puts many more people in reach of earning IBV commissions.
For those who have not met the requirements, it lights a fire under them and it leverages them to meet the requirements so they can get credit for the IBV and also receive the leads and customers.
