Please send this out to your groups & prospects. Summer is here and it is time to plan "time off of work", and schedule your shore trips / summer vacations AROUND the most important event of the year for all Market America Independent Distributors.
OK - Kudos' to Dr. Lou and Chris Piell for doing all the work in finding the best Bus Price, The best lodging options and all the problems that cropped up around this task.
Issues: Where do we park our cars for 3-4 days and have the bus pick up? Where is a good location that allows people from NJ, PA, DE all have about an equal drive to meet for Bus Pick Up? Does our Hotel allow Bus Parking? Getting a block of rooms, Time allowed by law for our driver to be on the road. There were just a ton of details to be worked out to make this trip to Convention comfortable and as inexpensive as possible.
WELL HERE WE ARE....
We are fully ready to start collecting funds to "GET ON THE BUS".
We have a 55 passenger Bus Reserved to Leave from King of Prussia Park
Pickup: Park & Ride-Pa North Gulph Road King of Prussia, PA Date 08/03/11 Departure Time 7:30am - Arrive by 6:45AM to load the Bus
Dropoff: Greensboro , NC Greensboro , NC
Cost for 80% full Bus = $130.00 per person.
HOTEL INFO:
We have 18 total rooms reserved.
Here is the basic breakdown in costs.
8 Rooms Reserved: 2 double bed 1 bd room + kitchenette area will be 542.00 with tax etc. for Aug 3 to Aug 7 12PM Check Out.
10 Rooms Reserved: 1 King bed 1 bd room + kitchenette area will be 580.00 with tax etc. for Aug 3 to Aug 7 12PM Check Out.
All rooms have a pull out couch, a refrigerator, microwave and coffee.
Complimentary Breakfast same as last year.
At the higher price: $580 / 3 occupants = $193.34 + $130 (for 80% full) bus = $323.34 per person for room and ride.
At the low end $542.00 / 4 occupants = $135 + $130 (for 80% full) bus = $265 per person for room and ride.
Last year we fit as many as 6 people in a suite.
For less than a airline ticket you can get a room and ride for the years Convention in NC.

There is "some room" for small coolers and food - bring snacks and water for the bus ride. We will have 1.5 hours for stops including a meal break.
We have less than 10 weeks to have all the money in. Please start getting commitments now and taking time off work. We are doing everything possible to make this easy for everyone.
