: Congatulations to Elizabeth Weber as the First International Field Chairman on Independence day. Declare Your independence!

 

Dear Market America Team:

 Elizabeth Weber has been the pace setter from the beginning exceeding the earnings of her senior partners above and being the first to hit every pin level on the achievement ladder based on earnings. Now she is the 1st UF0 to become International Field Chairman. Pretty impressive! It really says a lot.

At a time when the economy is rough and people are struggling she has set an example and made a bold statement. At a time when even some MA distributors question if top pins are making more and growing - she proves it by setting the pace and breaking the record. We know there are several others close behind but she just made it all that much more exciting. She just took everyone's excuse away. It takes a lot to get me excited and I am truly inspired. She takes my breath away. I am in awe! She is making history.

 

Before commenting I have to also congratulate Elizabeth's partners and the Weber team because no one can possibly hit those upper levels without a real team effort. It represents other people being solid and earning consistently. It requires amazing team work and timing and is analogous to winning a gold medal in the Olympics or reaching the summit of Mt. Everest. I am truly impressed and very proud of Elizabeth and the Weber championship team! Congratulations!

 

Let me point out something that makes it even a bigger accomplishment: Not all pin levels require income increases of equal increments for some reason. I do not really know why. I guess we didn't know what we were doing in the beginning and did not clearly see this day coming.  But this pin level (IFC) requires the biggest jump of income by an additional $25,000 per month over the last pin level! Usually it ranges as low as $3000/mo down the ladder to $20,000/mo higher up. This is the largest jump!  That is enormous -- especially that high up. The higher you go the more difficult it is to climb higher because everything you already have built needs to be solid and keep earning. There is little room for slippage. And timing is everything. The engine needs to be hitting perfectly on a cylinders.

 

Let me offer a few observations about Elizabeth and this amazing accomplishment.

 

1.  She did it because she made up her mind to do it and committed to it on stage in front of 25,000 people at World Conference. She thought it, believed it, planned it (broke it down to exactly what had to be done and where), and committed to it and it happened as a result of her thinking. She has an amazing capacity to do this and accept it. The first time you stretch to hit a level it is well, "a bit of a stretch" and you just make it usually. But when you do it once it becomes “doable” again and Elizabeth's history proves that her business grows from there. No one ever believed that the mile could be run in under 4 minutes. It was medically and physically impossible--until Roger Banister did it. Once he did it -- it became doable and today is the standard for world class completion. You must succeed so that others can realize their dreams and in so doingâ€"your wildest dreams become realities. They need your success to believe they can do it. So be it here with Elizabeth and from the momentum of this sprint to the finish line alone will carry her to 135K and 140K and 150K over the next several month earning residually well over 1.5 million dollars per year, not counting retail profits or honorariums. That is pretty impressive for a former legal secretary.

Also let me point out that we are talking residual income not just a one time commission or super sales month. When you build the business you build a sales and volume machine of UFO's in a partner organization earning money from repeat customers and sales on the Portal and once you do it successfully the income repeats week after week. You put the time in once to build -- but it keeps paying as long as it produces. It may fluctuate some but it compounds and becomes very steady. So that income (with a little TLC and oversight) is for life not just this month.

 

2. She got her team all rowing in the same direction at the same time together. That is important when it comes to hitting goals or levels. She is a tremendous team builder and she empowers people and duplicates. She expects success and expects you to perform and to commit and do the result producing activities. Everyone rowing together to the same cadence creates momentum. Team work makes dreams work. She is serious about getting people earning checks and knows every strategy for accomplishing that. She is a master technician as well as a fabulous coach. Most importantly, she leads by example.

 

3. IBV and Portal shopping made a significant difference in hitting this income level. She got everyone using Paid to Shop and Cash back as well as inviting others to earn cash back from shopping. She got people meeting the IBV requirements and using the portal and shopping for everything. She got with the program and got people to leverage the system and their buying power. She used it to recruit too. It multiplies. The IBV per product is creeping up because of the collective buying power. She is actually making it work and the IBV to grow for everyone. More people doing the  program causes more advertising dollars and the IBV advertising pool bonus put many centers in reach and they hit checks too to achieve this pin level. This is maximizing the return on an existing organization. Leveraging the maximum commissions on the same organization, people, and customers.  Two checks per center makes a big difference as you do not have to build new organizations.

 

4. She built a new leg each year and a new one this year under reentries causing multiple pay outs. So in spite of set backs that everyone experiences (Elizabeth is not immune as she had some casualties too) she continued to grow and grow rather than letting it effect her.  She leveraged team work and multiple people winning by building underneath them. She worked the ABC patter starting with trial runs and assisting in calling prospects (a lost art for many) She drilled the fast track program and taught new leaders to call new people’s prospects with them. She set up team challenges and got everyone involved. She held people accountable and she built with them.

 

At the end of the day that is the story behind the story. Let’s celebrate with Elizabeth by growing! It’s independence day. Declare your independence! How many of you will follow in her footsteps. How many of you will hit the next pin level by being at convention with a record number of people and committing to the next level at convention? How many of  you will be on stage at World Conference at the net pin level earning more residual income than before? Stand up and be herd. We want to know who you are! Let’s make it happen!
