Have you talked to your leaders and partners about having your own leadership coring on strategies to get new GO NOW people and new emerging leaders in each leg to commit to go and help them do it? What could be more important than that for your business? WHAT???? Re you going to have a Leadership School or coring or get together to run the three plays. Do you have a better game plan that I do—or are you asleep, disinterested, or disconnected? You say you are not? Well then book a leadership school or coring in your area with your people and coordinate with your mentor to make these things happen. Set Your Sights on MAWC2013
The next few months are really going to be action packed for us – with the holiday shopping season in full swing, our regional conventions, and our World Conference starting at the end of January in Miami. In addition to all that, the Taiwan and Hong Kong Leadership Schools will be running during the middle of November - with many of our leaders there to follow up and work with their groups. Right now our corporate team is full tilt on growing the business on multiple fronts, and we realize that it would be a challenge for many to attend Leadership School this year.
Our international expansion efforts and various events around the world will have us traveling to the United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Australia. Our world tour is going to be incredible, but we’ll also be working on so much more. The global expansion platforms of unification, EMP, and Global shopping platform are full throttle or about to go live. Additionally, we've got roll outs for SHOP.COM, the Shopping Annuity, the simplification programs as well. All in all – there will be more excitement, new releases, and more happening at our upcoming World Conference than ever before!
The next twenty years represent a new chapter for Market America, with new opportunities for growth and a simplified building process that allow us to thrive in the economy of future. Consequently we have decided to give Leadership School a break, and will not have it this year so everyone can refocus and put their effort into getting their team to World Conference. The time, energy, focus, and money is better spent on rallying the troops to be at the 2013 World Conference. Instead of pushing people to get to attend Leadership School, we want our Leaders to rally their own groups in their home towns to get new emerging leaders (Go-Now Distributors) to World Conference.
I hope this announcement allows you to get organized and get your team to make a unified push to recruit and sell World Conference tickets. Make this your year! Get your second wind to ride the tidal wave of growth surging with the new Market America.
Since we are cancelling this year’s Leadership School, Director’s Day and the NMTSS strategic planning meeting will be held at World Conference – with details of the schedule and plan being announced in the coming weeks. In the meantime, we hope you will organize your own leadership school (or coring) in your area with your team to move World Conference tickets, and run these three plays:
1. Start the Shopping Annuity in your group as a group. 2. Fill the funnel using Social Media and shake the bean jar! Then take the NUTS and put them in the next Bean Jar to shake it up by getting them to lead you to new people with trial runs and ABC pattern in their location or homes.
3. Connect with the new Simplification programs. Use them, share them, and re-excite people. The business just got fun again!
Set some goals for World Conference ticket sales in each organization down the lines of partnership from the bottom up. How many tickets should move in each group based in the number of people in the group and the number of new people seeing the plan or getting started from UBP’s?
Remember: The difference between Success and Failure is simple. The individual who succeeds simply does what the individual who failed did not do. The excuse or reason why doesn't really matter. They either did it or not. I've laid out the path of entrepreneurial success before you, but only you can walk the path for yourself. So tell me, will you do to ride the tidal wave of new growth?
