: Andy Docos Tip of the day.

Hello team,
I just want to take a minute and give you all a tip on how to improve your
sponsoring ratio.
The first tip that I have, is that field development is all about how
often we show the plan. We should all be adding two names to our names list
every day and approaching one person per day personally to try to set an
appointment to show them the plan. Please do not kid yourselves Folks, the
person who shows the plan the most wins.
The second thing I will say is that we need to look professional when
showing the plan. I truly believe that at HBP's, and UBPs, the men should
wear a jacket and a tie, nicely shined shoes, and the women should dress
equally appropriate. This is a professional business, you always want to
look better than any prospect that either you or your business partners put
in front of you.
Last but not least, when showing the plan we need to show our guests an
absolute ton of posture and conviction. Do not confuse that with being
abrasive or hard on the prospects, you just want them to know that you are
building this business huge and if they work with you they will make money.
Simply put, if a prospect thinks they can make money working with you, they
will, if they don't think they can make money working with you, they won't.
