FAQs
What can/can't I bring to the event?
Please dress in layers - the temperature can be quite variable. If you want to pack your lunch or bring (low lgycemic) snacks that is fine.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are non-refundable but you may re-sell your ticket. Just be sure we have the name of the new person.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Please print your ticket and bring it with you. We will also have a registration list.
What is the refund policy?
Trainers have to pay for the event space in advance. Once a ticket is sold the space is reserved for the purchaser. Tickets are non-refundable but may be re-sold. Tickets may NOT be used for a future date.
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
