We were introduced to the Market America business in 1994. I was a very successful realtor/builder and Kim was a hygienist. I was very skeptical when my best friend shared the program with me. It took a while to convince me to sit down to evaluate it because I thought it was just another one of "those things." It didn't take me long to see how radically different the business model was from anything I have ever seen. After just 18 months of working the Plan for 10 to 15 hours per week, we replaced both of our incomes.

For the last 18 years, we have been financially free of our past lives and had the time to actually grow up with our two kids who were 1 and 5 years old when we started. We have been totally blessed to be able to travel the world with our kids and to expose them to the many different cultures. Today they have grown into very ambitious young adults, both owning and developing their own UnFranchise® Systems as we did. They have seen and have been taught the value of helping others to achieve their dreams knowing that theirs will be returned.

Today we enjoy our gorgeous home in southern Pennsylvania and a splendid mountaintop log home, complete with its own lake, that we actually own, in northern Pennsylvania. The lake is stocked with some of the biggest largemouth bass you have ever seen and our property is consumed with wildlife galore from deer to black bear, turkeys, grouse, bobcats, coyotes and birds of most species found in the state.

We don't tell you these things to impress you, but more importantly to impress upon you the importance of thoroughly checking out the Market America business system. We are just average people born in very average families, but we are people just like you, people who have not lost our ability to dream. You are here reading this because you too know that there are ways to create wealth in this country. But knowing is not enough. You have to act. You've already taken the first step so now act.
