Team, This is what another leader, Al Bozza, is doing with his team. These are several emails over the course of a few days that he sent out, of which, I compacted and shortened into this one email. Please use this as an example to send out to your teams and get everyone excited!
We really have never been in a better position to build this business--How can you talk to people about where THEY SHOP and how you can save them 10%, 20%, and even 30%. How can they not be interested.
To help everyone understand this completely and to help them get involved correctly with our shopping annuity we will be conducting one/two on ones with each distributor. How can you expect to show preferred customers and potential preferred customers how to save money and earn cashback if you are not following the system and saving money yourself. You need to be able to share some of your amazing stories and experiences with everyone !! Team, right now this company has placed every distributor in a position to increasing their income
I've never had more fun, saved more money, or had an easier job in my entire life--if you've had reasons in the past why you've put the business on hold or were not able to put any time into it- this is the time to step up and join my group of working distributors--
How serious am I ?
Started yesterday morning, at 8:45am, with Deanna coming to my home office and working until 2:30. Working on redoing page 2 of the shopping annuity, one 3 way call, continuing on updating the raise.com survey sheet, sent out 10 linked letters, etc etc
930 -1030 screen sharing/conference call with Andy and Jodie
Throughout the day- calls with distributors
calls/texts to 3 prospects-set up 1 meetings
230-3pm prospecting calls from my names list
3pm -8 family time--dinner prep--play with the dogs-play with the wife
9pm - 945 conference call (while I'm driving to Providence, RI for a meeting with Jessie) with Distributors
Now understand that I realize I am lucky and fortunate to be able to put this amount of time into this and the average person has other jobs and responsibilities. I am not saying I would expect this kind of commitment from any of you. What I am saying is do your part and also take advantage of my available time for you
945-late meeting with Jessie- setting in place her social media plan
Midnight- 1am. back in the home office writing down the ideas I thought about while driving back from Jessie's
OK--- finally " WHAT'S IN YOUR WALLET "
So this is my normal procedure right now.
1. I choose the normal locations that I visit frequently-- Dunkin donuts, Walgreens, Walmart, Whole Foods, Target etc
2. I go into my Shop.com portal to Raise.Com and buy vouchers for each of these locations. The idea is these are for purchases that I could not normally make directly through the my Shop.com portal. Coffee, milk, bread, etc etc -- Remember I am receiving 2% cashback and 4% IBV from Raise.com. and that I am saving a percentage on each and every voucher. So now every time the wife calls and says " Honey can you stop on the way home and pick up some milk, or we're out of yogurt, etc etc. you get the idea. Now when I stop , whether its dunkin donuts for coffee or walgreens, I don't pull out my credit card at the register--I hand over my voucher they do a quick scan -- and I'm building my shopping annuity bonus pool and my MA business-- yesterday the clerk said "I've never seen one of these before.----Now jump forward --imagine when you are with someone and pay with your voucher....you have created another easy way to talk about your business !!!!!!
I know this was a long email, but it has amazing content!
Make it Happen,
Andy
