Would You Like To Earn a Bonus?

Advertising Bonus Pool, it is important to know the purpose of this
initiative, to understand exactly how it works, and the dynamic of this
new revenue stream.

We recently completed the third quarter of the Advertising Bonus Pool
program. The Bonus IBV that has been distributed to the qualifying Shop
Consultants (those who satisfy the necessary criteria) in the first three
quarters has proven to be a tremendous economic stimulus for the IBV side
of the MPCP. How would you like to be rewarded with an IBV bonus for
simply doing the same things you should already be doing to build your
business!? Imagine being notified that you have bonus IBV to place within
your organization!

Almost one year ago, Market America introduced the new criteria necessary
to accrue IBV month to month:

The month-to-month IBV requirements are as follows:


Complete the Getting Starting Wizard

Order 10, 20 or 30 IBV each month by your Q-date (Based on your IBV
commission earnings)

Make $50 in personal purchases from Partner Stores by your monthly Q-date

Generate 50 BV in sales from your Web Portal, Mini-Website(s) and/or PC
Autoship by your monthly Q-date from Preferred Customers
Please pay close attention to the next two sentences.

Rather than enforcing the new criteria for all Shop Consultants, Market
America's management, in coordination with the Advisory Council, made the
decision to create a "challenge" and a "bonus" involving the new
requirements. By doing so, Market America made the richest and most
realistic compensation plan even richer! Remember: the requirements to
earn bonus IBV from the Advertising Bonus Pool form a challenge, and
successful completion results in a bonus!

The benefits of bonus IBV have even resulted in several recent Pin Level
advancements:

Executive Director Min Liu, Executive Field Vice President Amber Yang, and
International Field Chairman Elizabeth Weber are evidence that this
newfound revenue stream has made and will continue to make a positive
impact on the Market America economy. Duplicating the criteria to earn
bonus IBV will generate more in commissions, and by repeating it quarter
after quarter, this bonus challenge will create the behavior and practices
that will enable Market America to increase IBV values, increase Cashback
amounts and award even more bonus IBV.

Market America is becoming more and more attractive to advertisers due to
our growing traffic and loyal consumer base. There is a continued increase
in advertising revenue from efforts to drive more traffic, create an
addictive user experience and convert more sales. The revenue that is
being generated from Adsense and paid banner advertisements on the Web
Portal and other Market America websites is being accumulated in the
Advertising Bonus Pool.

The Advertising Bonus Pool is a "challenge" and successfully meeting the
criteria results in a "bonus." We are rewarding YOU and your organization
with bonus IBV created from the advertising revenue, so that you and your
organization can earn even more through IBV commissions. All you have to
do to take part is satisfy simple objectives (all of which are basic
requirements to grow your business).

To date, Market America has assigned over 1.5 million IBV!

1st Qtr. Oct. 2 — Jan. 7 – 505,393 IBV was awarded to 1,071 bonus winners
2nd Qtr. Jan. 8 — Apr. 8 – 505,393 IBV was awarded to 1,164 bonus winners
3rd Qtr. Apr. 9 — July 7 – 550,877 IBV was awarded to 1,350 bonus winners

Consider this…

Due to the fact that volume accumulates up the line of sponsorship for
everyone, bonus IBV positively affects thousands of Shop Consultants. In
addition to earning bonus IBV, those Shop Consultants who satisfied the
criteria are eligible to participate in the lead generation program. Now
that Market America products are being featured on SHOP.COM, Sears.com,
Bing and other sites, we are gaining more exposure and creating more
customers. With the lead generation program, we are assigning these new
customers to UnFranchise Owners who qualify for bonus IBV from the
Advertising Bonus Pool.

The activities (quarterly criteria) to qualify for bonus IBV from the
Advertising Bonus Pool stimulate more advertising revenue and will enable
us to increase IBV values. It brings many people in the line of
sponsorship close to earning IBV commissions and numerous others to the
point of actually earning them. The amazing thing is that the more people
qualify for the program, the more advertising revenue will increase, due
to higher traffic and more conversions, which is what advertisers pay for.
Additionally, we have demographics and data on the customers, which
enable us to get higher rates from advertisers. Simultaneously, this
allows us to raise IBV and/or Cashback on products. The Advertising Bonus
Pool will play an even more important role in the future of Market America
as we continue our integration with SHOP.COM.

Think about the possibilities…

In the last quarter, 550,877 IBV was assigned equally to 1,350 Shop
Consultants. Imagine as the program grows — in the future, we can have as
much as $2,000,000 (3,080,000 IBV) to assign. This would result in 3,080
bonus IBV being assigned if 1,000 Shop Consultants qualified, or 616 bonus
IBV assigned if 5,000 Shop Consultants qualified. If even more Shop
Consultants qualify, and more revenue is generated, we can have even more
funds in the Advertising Pool — like $10,000,000 (15,400,000 IBV) — to
assign. This would result in 1,540 bonus IBV assigned if 10,000 Shop
Consultants qualified for the program. Remember, the more Shop
Consultants qualify, the more IBV is accumulating in your left and right
banks! More accumulation = more IBV commissions earned = more Shop
Consultants closer to earning commissions.

With 1,071 qualifiers in the first quarter each receiving a portion of
505,393 IBV, 1,164 qualifiers in the second quarter receiving part of
505,393 IBV and 1,350 qualifiers in the third quarter receiving a section
of 550,877 IBV, this program has directly resulted in hundreds of people
receiving checks, and put thousands more in range of earning commissions.
Those who are close to receiving a check begin to shop more on the Portal
in order to hit their commission. This affects everyone in the line of
sponsorship. Every quarter when more people take part in this program,
more people hit checks or get closer to them. It truly is an economic
stimulus. The key is duplication – how many people are satisfying the
criteria in your organization?

Consider this…

The amount of IBV an individual earns can vary – the more people qualify,
the less each individual receives, depending on the amount of available
advertising revenue and bonus IBV in the pool. If twice as many people
qualify for a set amount of available IBV, then each individual receives
half of what they would originally have earned. However, this doesn't mean
that the payout you receive is less, because of the MPCP. Everyone gets
credit for the IBV earned in the vertical lines of sponsorship – so you
will still earn extra IBV! And if more people are qualifying, more
advertising revenue will be injected into the pool, so the IBV available
will grow! The amount that one benefits is dependent on the total IBV
bonus accumulating up the lines, so it begins with you. You simply need to
lead by example and qualify. The key to experiencing benefits is the
number of people in your organization who you have motivated to satisfy
the criteria. Not only does meeting this challenge produce more IBV and BV
by satisfying the criteria in the MPCP, but you also have more people
receiving bonus IBV and getting close to earning IBV commission checks.

It makes sense to get everyone in your organization to satisfy the
criteria to earn bonus IBV, because it will help everyone earn more
commissions as the IBV flows up the lines of sponsorship. Furthermore, the
Bonus IBV that is assigned has a long term affect on commissions because
IBV has a lifespan of two years! As more people earn through this program,
it motivates those who have not met the requirements to work on achieving
the same success. Now is the time to be sure that you and your
organization qualify and duplicate through the MPCP to increase your
accumulation and earn bigger IBV commissions more frequently.

The more people who satisfy the Advertising Bonus Pool criteria, the more
BV, IBV and retail profits will be earned. As more UnFranchise Owners
satisfy the Bonus IBV Criteria, more customers start shopping on the Web
Portal. Because of the increased traffic and conversions, more advertising
revenue will be generated. The more advertising revenue that is generated,
the more bonus IBV will be assigned! Those who are meeting the criteria
are benefiting doubly – from the IBV bonus pool and the lead generation
program!

Important points to understand:

This program is about more than just the amount of bonus IBV distributed
directly to you. The key is really the number of people in your
organization that you have qualifying for the Advertising Bonus Pool and
the cumulative amount of IBV flowing up your line of sponsorship. So the
way to maximize your benefit is to get everyone on board satisfying the
Advertising Bonus Pool criteria and duplicate. It is possible for the
amount of bonus IBV personally received by each qualifier to go down while
the total amount of the pool goes up, if there are more people meeting the
qualification criteria. However, the more people qualifying in your
organization, the bigger the share of it you get, which ultimately equals
a higher amount of IBV flowing up.


The more people doing the result producing activities needed to qualify
for the Advertising Bonus Pool, the more advertising dollars are
generated. The increased volume leverages the collective buying power of
Market America to drive up the IBV and Cashback offered by Partners and
affiliates on the Web Portal.


The more people in your organization satisfying the criteria and taking
advantage of the eight primed pumps, the more BV and IBV is generated —
whether it's from shopping on the Portal, or increased orders. The more
people are buying and selling, the more IBV is injected into the MPCP. Now
that you get nearly real-time IBV, you can assign it like BV to get the
maximum possible return. This is powerful. With the Online Home Shopping
List, you can easily transfer your buying habits, and those of your
customers (especially with the motivation of Cashback), so that you can
earn even more retail profits and commission. You can even add products to
Auto Ship, so they'll be conveniently delivered right to your door at
whatever interval you choose! It doesn't cost any money to do this. You
are simply transferring dollars you are already spending and saving money.
It is important to understand this! This is also true for your Preferred
Customers. Do not forget how much you are all saving in gas and time by

take advantage of free shipping! THIS IS A GAME CHANGER IF YOU USE IT!


The IBV from the Advertising Bonus Pool stays in the system for over a
year. It affects everyone in the line of partnership in the MPCP — even
people who have not qualified yet, encouraging them to do more, and
bringing many people closer to earning checks. This is much better than a
one-time cash bonus to those qualifying in a quarter! Understand the power
of this in the plan!

would match the advertising money in the Pool during the first year, up to

Note: In order to verify that you have satisfied the IBV requirements,
simply refer to the "IBV Qualification Report" on your UnFranchise
Business Account.

We will be tracking those who qualify for the Advertising Bonus Pool from
July 9 to Oct. 7, 2011. Everyone who satisfies the monthly IBV
requirements for each of the three months, as well as has at least one new
customer (the new customer cannot be an existing PC) order a Market
America-branded product from your Web Portal, will receive an equal share
from the Advertising Bonus Pool.* From that point, you will be able to
place the IBV where you want in your organization based upon current IBV
placement regulations. We encourage you to place the IBV in BDCs that are
also meeting these requirements as an extra incentive. From the time that
the bonus IBV is assigned to you, you will have four weekly pay cycles to
place the IBV within your organization.

Are You Up For the Challenge?

Below are some tips, suggestions and information that you will find
helpful for meeting the Advertising Bonus Pool criteria and earning
through the MPCP.

Always make sure that when you go to a Partner Store, you are actually
clicking through one of the Partner Store links on your Web Portal.
Make sure that you are logged in as a PC. If you are not logged in, then
orders will not track. Logins can be fully logged in or EZ-Registered.
If you visit other sites to compare, do not click on any of their ads or
links. Always make sure that you click through our links on your Web
Portal.
If you are using coupon codes, always check to see if they are available
on Hot Deals. If they are not on Hot Deals, then the deal could be
exclusive to that site, so we cannot guarantee that your order will track.
When you click on a link, there are a few things happening in the
background on your computer/browser:
A tracking cookie is installed on the user's PC

The tracking cookie includes the following:

PC ID/Rep ID from login
When you place your order, the tracking cookie is sent back to report the
purchase that you just made.

The tracking Cookie passes back the following:

Order date, order confirmation number

Order Amount (Subtotal, excluding tax and shipping)

PC ID/Rep ID

Site that sent the sale
Clicking on an ad on another site instead of linking there through your
Web Portal can result in the sale not being credited or tracked.
Using exclusive/external coupon codes that are not listed on the Hot Deals
tab can result in an order not being credited or tracked. Be sure to use
the coupon codes that listed on the Hot Deals page.

    Thanks for the useful information.

    While I now understand the importance of cookies, I am also wondering whether a new PC will get the Cash Back $s and I will get the corresponding IBV if he:

    1) created an account with a partner store before he becomes a shop.com PC and continues to use that pre-existent account to enter a transaction with the partner store through a shop.com portal;

    or

    2) if he re-creates a new account with the partner store using an email address other than the one he uses on shop.com - because he had used the email address for creating the pre-existent account with the partner store

    Assume he clicks through one of the Partner Store links on the shop.com Web Portal and he is logged in as a PC.

  2. Your Customer can have an existing account with a partner store, but to qualify for the cash back and for you to get the IBV you customer MUST start on your portal and click on the link to those stores.
