Regional northeast: Instructions on how to submit challenge documentation

 

 

Hi everyone,

 

I have spoken w/ Yardley and here are the instructions for challenge participants on how to submit documentation:

 

**ATTENTION ALL CHALLENGE PARTICIPANTS**

*You MUST fill out the challenge documentation form (attached below and on www.manortheast.com  under Challenge tab) AND INCLUDE YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.  Please mail documents to Yardley Wang, 19 Marisa Court, Milford, NJ  07480.  All documentation must be in Yardley's hands by midnight Nov. 8^th!  If you have questions please contact Yardley Wang, phone 973.208.7740.
