: Shop consultants and Customers

 


Are you ready?

Hope all is well. We are excited about the first phase launch of SHOP.COM. We are planning to send out the first round of targeted promotional emails to existing SHOP.COM customers the third week. We have decided to start the email campaign at this time in order to enable existing Shop Consultants to meet the necessary criteria for getting new leads (which is the same criteria it has always been) as outlined in the Market America newsline below that was sent out several weeks ago (see link below). The company also wanted the new SHOP.COM site with cash back, 30 million plus products, comparison shopping, amazing search etc. to be live for several weeks to the public before starting to target the over 1 million existing SHOP.COM customers (see attached example of one of the many emails going out to existing SHOP customers). We are taking a throttled approach by sending 20-25K emails per day so we can test the results for the response and retarget as necessary. We have our best staff of email marketers, analytics team and specialists who are ready for the promotion and analysis. One of the promotions include the companies new SHOP.COM video which Marc introduce them to the cash back program, egifts, gift registries and having a personal SHOP Consultant just to name a few. SHOP Consultants will be notified of these new customers and in their notification we tell them to not contact the customers until the customer has contacted the Consultant in order not overwhelm the customer. This should stimulate a whole new wave of customers to SHOP Consultants all over the country who have met the qualifications to get leads as outlined in the newsline below. Thanks for all you do.
