You are absolutely amazing! You will be the fastest growing distributor this
year - no doubt about it.The fact that all of your guests brought guests
will only lock everything in as they follow up. I know - and you know - that
the secret to your success is belief! Belief in the company, belief in the
plan AND belief in yourself. The folks that have a difficult time inviting
people or sponsoring haven't nurtured that belief yet. They may think they
have the belief but way down deep inside they are wondering if it will work
for them. That uncertainty compels them to try and "sell" the business. That
inner fear, that lack of confidence that they feel radiates and is tangible.
Their prospects see it and it scares the hell out of them. The prospect
doesn't want to experience that same sense of desperation that comes from an
attitude of "I hope it works for me so I can get rich."
A simple perusal of the math of the plan shows that you can't lose. If folks
would just keep that in mind and either chill out or get excited they would
have the same success as you and your people. They forget that you are
interviewing, looking for a potential marriage, not desperately begging
people "to get in." Just because you show them the plan doesn't mean that
they are someone that will provide the mix that you are looking for but you
won't know that until you conduct a legitimate interview to find out if they
really want more out of life and are committed to do what it takes to
achieve their dreams.
We both know that a wrong "hire" will come back to bite you because once
they are in, in this plan, the chances are that they will be partners for
life. Folks should take a cue from you and set a high standard. After all
you are investing your most valuable gift in those that you select - your
life!

It's 11:15 PM.
I just finished signing up my 6th personally sponsored.
I've done $2750 on my left ... and $1700 on my right. Both legs are
activated. Laura on the left. Pam on the right. Chip will go under Pam.
Total volume: $4450
Only: $2250 left to go on my left ... and $3300 on my right before I've
cycled through to my first $1500.
I will have it done before Thanksgiving.
Whew. I'm hitting the rack. I'm beat. But happy!
