I feel like the proud papa who just watched his two precocious little
daughters blossom into two beautiful, confident and self-assured young
women.
You girls are amazing! We must have had over fifty super high quality guests
at the home kick-offs and business luncheon that you scheduled and you
certainly set the bar by not allowing anyone to attend who didn't bring a
guest. I don't think that I have ever seen so many traditional business
owners with no network marketing experience together in any one place at one
time for a business presentation nor can I recall in nearly a quarter of a
century of direct sales seeing the enthusiasm generated at those briefings.
You ladies are absolutey masters of inviting. Folks that have trouble with
that don't understand that it's not what you say, it's how you say it....
"Hey Mary (or Bob), you've gotta get over my house tonight to see what I'm
doing!"
That's it. Said with enthusiasm they don't even ask what it is, they just
show up!
Watching folks who have never done this kind of business - and a few who
have - lining up with their check books or cash in hand after the
presentations was amazing to watch and had me roaring with laughter. I
couldn't help but fall in love with this business all over again. When you
told them that none of them could get in until they showed the plan I
thought I was hearing myself talk and as you saw, a tear rolled down my
face. What a rewarding and gratifying experience.
Your goals to each get a hundred new people to Miami indicates that you are
not only on the way, you are already there. Your future success is a
foregone conclusion.
What you each need to do is get me the contact information of each new
distributor, prospect and possibility so that I can follow up myself. As you
know, follow up and layers of support are the key to success. We will not
only tear up your town but the entire country. Please send the info at one
time rather than a name at a time. It will be easier for me to work the
lists.
I am booked through the rest of the year but I want to get back to Phoenix
as soon as possible - either the first or second week in January so we can
solidify ticket sales and push World Conference. Put together a time and
agenda and I will lock it in. In the interim, don't hesitate to book me for
three way calls.
My goal was to be the fastest growing distributor in Market America this
year but I see that I am going to have to run to keep up with you gals.
