I recommend that you take the time to ask questions and be a good listener. Ask her about her plans and what she wants to do and encourage her to talk more and simply say, "great, wow, really, exciting, interesting, you're kidding me..etc. You want her to expose as much pain as possible before you can recommend..yes, pretend like you a doctor...you need to diagnose before you can recommend a medicine or treatment. You may not have to bring up the business at that point..just say, let's talk one day and see what we can do together or how we can help each other. Prospecting and recruiting is a process..... am sure Frank have a better recommendation and he will discuss it next Tues...
