Hi team.

I hope everyone had a Merry Christmas and is looking forward to a Happy and Prosperous New Year.

Perhaps you remember the maNewsline earlier this month from Dennis suggesting we offer free shipping to our customers for the month of December.   Traditionally, my sales of MA branded items slack off during the month of December.   Everyone is focused on the Christmas holiday and supplements and personal care items move to the back burner.

I have subscribed to iTransact for years.   There is a monthly subscription fee for the service ($14.95) that perhaps you feel may not be justified.  But being able to offer 'FREE SHIPPING' and being in control of your customer's orders has distinct advantages.   I offer FREE SHIPPING regularly throughout the year to my clients, usually on 'special occasions', etc.   But I have never offered it for an extended period of time, like Dennis suggested. 

So I sent out an email to my regular clients, thanking them for their continued patronage and wishing them a Merry Christmas and offered them FREE SHIPPING until Christmas Day.   BUT, I resent the same email once a week until Christmas.    The key is the follow-up!   Was it worth it to 'eat' the shipping on my sales for a few weeks?  You tell me....

I made 5 website sales of MA items over the 3 1/2 week period totally $685!   I also completed my IBV Pool requirements!

I was able to combine a couple of local orders, shipping the items to me to then be personally delivered, move a large Multi off my shelf and in total it cost me $43.50.

The approximate retail profit for the month was $115 AND we were able to FLUSH for a $600 check as a result of these retail sales.  I generated almost 400bv, and will also receive the next round of IBV as a result of the IBV POOL.

Base 10, seven strong is the backbone of our business.   Let me help you get similar results and the 'team wins the game'.
