Drop Box instructions

 

Hi Team MA,

Drop Box has become a must have tool in my business.  I use it to share large files, MP3's and documents.  This allows me to send links, rather than attachments that may not open on that person's computer.  It takes out the hassle of attachment errors.  I hope this is helpful!

• You’ll see a video that gives an overview of the free document storage and sharing service. 
• Once you create an account you are directed to download the Dropbox program/app to each of the devices that you will want to share (PC, Desktop, laptop, iPad, iPhone, etc.) , though not mandatory. 
• Once you have the program on all your devices you simply create folders in Dropbox, and drag files that you want to have available on all devices to those folders within Dropbox.
• The updated file will then be available to use on any device. You can share files that you place in the “Public” folder with anyone. 
• There is a “paperclip” icon, and a drop down arrow by each file  that will create an email link directly to that file that you can email to individuals that you wish to have access to those files.

 

For example, I have downloaded the ADL4 (Basic 5 1 & 2), Elizabeth Weber's "Only a matter of time" ADL23, which I send to all of my prospects during the recruiting process, and business partners. 

Because these MP3's are too large for email use, the Drop box link makes it so simple.
