IBV Advertising Bonus Pool Report is Live! PLEASE READ ALL OF THIS EMAIL FOR DETAILS!!
Since the IBV Advertising Bonus Pool (ABP) criterion and the date ranges differ from the IBV Commission Requirements and the Monthly IBV Accrual Option criterion, the IBV Qualification Report is not the most accurate (and can be very confusing) when ensuring that you meet all of the criterion of the IBV ABP.
We have created a new "Advertising Bonus Pool" Report to help you earn the Bonus IBV each quarter.
This new report lists the criterion at the top of the page. If you have questions regarding criterion, simply refer to the list. There is a drop-down box for you to select which IBV ABP quarter you are checking. This drop-down will always include the current quarter and the last quarter, so you can check your progress during the quarter and confirm completion when the quarter is complete.
To get to your IBV ABP Report, log into your UnFranchise® Back Office, select Reports > Management on the left, then select "Advertising Bonus Pool" at the bottom of the drop-down menu.
Note: The company cannot guarantee the absolute accuracy of the information on the UnFranchise Management System (UFMS) until the close of a commission week, which occurs two weeks after the actual week ends, due to continuous updates, adjustments, returns, and reconciliations. BV and/or IBV adjustments could affect your qualification for the IBV ABP.
Advertising Bonus Pool Quarter Started January 1, 2012

Here is how it works:
For the three Q-date periods starting January 1 and ending March 31, by simply satisfying the following criteria, you will qualify to be a part of the Advertising Bonus Pool.
Complete the Getting Starting Wizard
Order 10, 20 or 30 IBV each month by your Q-date (based on your IBV commission earnings)
Make $50 in personal purchases from Partner Stores by your monthly Q-date
Generate 50 BV in sales from your Web Portal, Mini-Website(s) and/or PC Autoship by your monthly
Q-date from Preferred Customers
Have at least one new customer (the new customer cannot be an existing PC) order a Market America-branded product from your Web Portal during the Advertising Bonus Pool period.** Jan 1 - March 31
Note: In order to verify that you have satisfied the IBV requirements, simply refer to the "IBV Qualification Report" on your UnFranchise Business Account.
We will be tracking those who qualify for the Advertising Bonus Pool from January 1 to March 31. Everyone who satisfies the monthly IBV requirements for each of the three months as well as having at least one new customer (the new customer cannot be an existing PC) order a Market America-branded product from your Web Portal will receive an equal share from the Advertising Bonus Pool. From that point, you will be able to place the IBV where you want in your organization based upon current IBV placement regulations. It is encouraged to place the IBV in BDCs that are also meeting these requirements as an extra incentive. From the time that the bonus IBV is assigned to you, you will have four weekly pay cycles to place the IBV within your organization.
*There is a 6 day overlap between the last IBV ABP quarter and the new IBV ABP Quarter. If your original Q-Date is 1-6, then your Monthly criteria for month ending 6 January 2012 will count for both ABP periods. Also, if you had a new PC sign up and place a BV order within 1-6 January 2012. It will satisfy that criteria for both IBV ABP quarters.
**The initial order of a PC who is assigned to you through Market America's lead generation program will not count toward the criteria to qualify for the Advertising Bonus Pool. The second order of a PC who is assigned to you through the lead-generation program will count toward the criteria.
